After Cop Out Smith didn't quit the movie business (as he said he would) but instead he cranked out this lo-budget film. It's made for 4m$ and shot digitally on Red. The plot doesn't twist and turn as Smith intended but feels more like a mashup of allot of other better films.
Only at the end there is a twist but it feels forced and glued on...Smith still has one flick left in him (Hit Somebody) about Hockey so let's hope it turns out better.
