Just saw and am sorry it received such bad reviews. They almost kept me away but I am so.glad they didn't. I thought the deception and intrigue were well executed. The torture scenes had me at the edge of my seat and the story kept me guessing.
My greatest disappointment is the likelihood of the low box office and poor reviews preventing a sequel. For someone who likes their films more cerebral Red Sparrow was a welcome treat.
