Review of Red Sparrow (2018) by Arostislavna — 26 Apr 2020

I was highly critical of this film previously, but if you pretend to attribute this film to the origins of Black Widow's training in the Red Room, you will probably get this.

I still fault the mixture of old and new technology, it has no place in any timeline, and therefore nothing is plausible or even close to what happened during the Cold War I. It's Russophobic propaganda and Jennifer Lawrence's faux Russian accent is atrocious.
