Review of Red River (2009) by Anthony G — 30 Jan 2008
This is a film that will appeal to a myriad of viewers. It has the wild West, a love story, drama, and even some comedy. John Wayne is permitted step out of his normally typecast character, and explores an all new character that is conflicted, and darker.
The movie does have some obvious Hollywood "cheese ball" moments, but overall is a decent film.
