Review of Red Riding Hood (2011) by S1R-R34L — 09 Mar 2017
This is a well thought out and up-to-date rendition of the fairie tale. The location of the Ye Olde Village in wintertime, with falling snow, makes for a beautiful film. I liked the fact that by making the enemy a werewolf (who could be anybody in the village) everybody was under suspicion.
This made for a whodunnit as well as creating tension. The contained Love Story is also well told. There are some drawbacks, but not enough to make me cease watching.
