Review of Red Hill (2010) by Mike L — 08 Dec 2010
Really unimpressive. One of those frustrating messes where the only good shot is the villain while everyone else can fire off ten rounds and miss. Or where the villain can always be a step ahead of even the most skilled officers and characters and somehow miraculously pop up at the most opportune moments.
It was predictable and annoying to watch in that way. The only plus was the villain's character. His mangled face and the silent but deadly err about him were pretty memorable. Kwanten's "hero" role was predictable from start to finish.
Just not a movie I think was worth watching.
