Review of Red Heat (1988) by Horatio F — 02 Aug 2011
It was alright, Jim Belushi was good and Schwarzenegger is suited to this monosyllabic type of role, but it just didn't hold my interest. I never really cared about what was at stake if the drugs reached the Soviet Union and the character development was lacking to say the least.
The whole thing felt plodding, with little tension and few (if any) interesting set pieces.
