Review of Red Eye (2005) by Alan G — 16 Nov 2011
The film from Wes Craven that proves he can make a film that does not have undead boogeymen and buckets of blood and gore.Red Eye is the type of film that,if Hitchcock were still alive would be making.
Bear in mind that about 80 percent of this film are the two main characters sitting on a plane talking. But the interaction between Rachael McAdams and Killian Murphy is the real meat of the film.Well made and paced in real time, the film is short and right to the point.
Lets hope that sooner or later that Craven decides to make another film in this type of suspense.
