"Talk about a Guilty Pleasure!".
Red Dragon in my opinion was better then Hannibal and yes and even, Silence of the Lambs. It didn't hurt that Edward Norton joined the cast as a very valuable player. It was the first of the all sequels to stretch down in layers of who DR. Hannibal Lecter was, and not just for his crimes. Both Norton and Anthony Hopkins were very much intuned with each others acting style. They played off each other smoothly Beethoven and his piano's greatest Symphony.
