Review of Red Dragon (1965) by Sarah E — 04 Dec 2010
Red Dragon is, perhaps, the only thing I will ever thank Brett Ratner for. I will never forgive him for killing the X-Men franchise, and Prison Break was a great idea for one season, but not for four. I can honestly say that Red Dragon is his finest work, because Red Dragon itself is very, very fine work.
All the right actors say all the right lines and are shot in just the right light and the right shots. It's all just very, very right, and for a prequel and a remake to be received with that kind of acclaim, it's worth checking out.
