'Manhunter' is far better. Ralph Fiennes is a joke compared to Tom Noonan. Great cast besides that him though. Emily Watson and Harvey Keitel were good. Philip Seymour Hoffman was underused. Altogether this didn't have the disturbing feeling Silence, Hannibal or Manhunter had.
