If you looked up 'Action Thriller' in the dictionary it would probably have a picture oft his film. It is functional, nothing more, nothing less. A forgettable popcorn at home flick however because it's part of the whole franchise you'd think they were probably hoping for a little more.
Better than the execrable 'Hannibal' though.
