Miserable hack of an 80's classic. The original was a well-made film that really wasn't about war but had a more "Lord of the Flies" feel. The original also had surprisingly fascinating character development of protagonists and antagonists.
This remake is nothing more than a pyrotechnics show with ZERO redeeming qualities, horrible plot and no character development.
