Any movie they have to spend time in post-production digitally changing the bad guys because they want to market the movie in that country is doomed (They digitally changed the bad guys uniforms from the Chinese to North Koreans and changed dialogue because someone realized the movie wouldn't do too well in China as is).
It doesn't help the writing, acting and directing is all poor either.
