Classic Cold War propaganda flick. Swayze, Sheen and Thompson are insurgents in the Colorado mountains. After seeing this, Charlie Wilson's ridiculous war almost makes sense. Arm and train terrorists to fight the Communists? What could go wrong!? The games Homefront and World in Conflict offer much more realistic invasion scenarios, the Red Dawn remake favoring the former.
Provides context to the wacky "USA! USA! USA!" days of Rambo 3 and Rocky 4.
