Sheer Gung Ho Nonsense, plus lots of post Cold War Paranoia thrown in for good measure which unsuprisingly bombed at the Box Office.
But however if like your Nostaligic trips back to the Eighites with Gun fire, Explosions and Testosterone then this should provide you with some enjoyment.
