Its Braveheart set in China, with an Oriental Michael Fish thrown in, who commands all power of things including being able to tell the weather .
Amongst a proverb every 5 minutes there is some really good action scenes, which Woo thrives on.
Unfortunately theres more to a film than an action scene but Woo doesnt realise that.
