Really enjoyed some of John Woo's characteristic cinematic tricks, but they no longer pack quite the same punch as they used to thanks to the (although duller and derivative) ubiquity they now suffer.

But this Western version is just extremely dull. It appears to have had quite a bit cut out, and doesn't flow. The battles are impressive to look at, but the rest is pretty unconvincing and so it all comes off like a poorly translated video game.
