Review of RED 2 (2013) by Aaron M — 17 Aug 2014
Smart, witty dialogue. Short well written scenes. A plot that continuously moves forward. Laughs in every scene. Oh, and the cast is fantastic. Anthony Hopkins is delightful and disarming in his portrayal of a scientist slightly off his rocker.
The rest all have their scene stealing moments. It does seem to drag a little in places, but overall very, very good. Much better than the internally inconsistent and plodding new Superman movie, the long F/X ladened Iron Man 3 dissapointment.
