âRedâ? is to me, a good movie, popcorn worthy and night time worthy because it has loads of fun and pure entertainment that surely will change the way you look at most action movies these days. The actors are mostly the ones who are, yes, oldies, such as Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, and Helen Mirren, they are so called RED or Retired and Extremely Dangerous.

So the story is about Frank Moses, who is a ex-CIA agent and now retired, now he is being hunted by the govt. and also this lady named Sarah is also involved with this, so Moses has to pick her up, those moments reminded me of this recent action flick called âKnight and Dayâ? by Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz.

Then we proceed to, Moses reunites with his ex- team members to do a mission, and also to clear their name by the govt. An that's basically the story of the movie. There are some moments that you might say âOMGâ? and âWOWâ? at the same time.

What I kept thinking to the end is that where does some of the characters like Freeman have to be in the ending, and also the ending was quite a mess, it became like your grandparents playing âCall of Dutyâ?.

Although it has tons of pure action and slight comedy, as I have told at the start, that most scenes are basically we had seen before, nothing new and nothing special. This is a kind of film that keeps us thinking whether these senior citizens are to kick more ass or just stay at home and relax.
