Review of Recess: School's Out (2001) by Sol H — 24 Dec 2005
Some lovely animation (though some of it is dodgy CGI), a great voice cast (including Mr. James Woods) and it's based on a great show. Unfortunately, the show it's based on is set in and all about a primary school.
Hence, the movie is to, and it's hard to make a movie that's even remotely epic set in a school. Basically, it's just too much like a long, average episode. But, it's still thoroughly entertaining.
