Review of [REC] (2007) by Sophie P — 07 Jul 2011

I saw Quarantine before I saw [rec] and I have to say that despite being the exact same stories (the makers of Quarantine couldn't have taken some liberties when doing their own version?) with pretty much the exact same scenes, I enjoyed [rec] a lot more.

I think a lot of it may have to do with a bit more creepy exposition right at the end, and a more likable main character/actress.
