Fucking terrifying; starts off slow and painfully tense and keeps rolling out surprises and scares in a technically competent, believably acted, and expertly staged manner. The lengthy takes are ambitious and rewarding.
There might be no character work whatsoever, but who needs it when the movie is this freakin' scary?
