I'll be frank: I've never liked found footage movies BUT.... This ones good. This isn't just some stupid teen popcorn boo scare movie. No its one of those films that can take a subject or genre and escape it.

Its a zombie movie but you don't think of the Zombies as "Zombies" you think of them as infected patents which they were and I like how the directors manage to escape this genre. Also the characters are very realistic and none of them are cheesy or forced like "A Teen Popcorn movie.

" NO! the characters are people you can route for and want to get through the situation. It makes me sad to think that the american's had the courage to remake this masterpiece of a film. (The Remake sucks) Okay I might be overrating this for some.

Because I'll admit I don't think everyone will like this movie or take it seriously, but for the genre it had, and the budget, the directors did a good job on it. I recommend this movie to anyone who likes movies that make you stay up at night in fear.
