Review of Rebound (2005) by Jordan A — 22 Jan 2006
Alrighty I have not been on my profile since I think June last year. Wow long time, but good time to mature and to grow and movie reviewer. Here are some movie I would like to review that I have seen and I think deserve a review. This will most likely be a weekly thing and hopefully soon enough I can start my own movie review Website.
Movies & Dvd Releases:.
Red Eye: Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy star in the taught-tight thriller. It is so smart in the way it makes these characters meet. Its smart through out the whole movie. Its full of action, suspense, and thrilling moments. I felt very close with Lisa's character as if I could have helped her in some way or wanted to like kick Jack's a**. Ive watched this movie around 5 times so far, and it gets better with ever viewing. I give it a 10/10.
Two For The Money: Al Pacino and Matthew McConaughey star as 2 men who give advice sport betters. This movies first hour is very strong,IMO and I feel it had alot of potential until its 2nd hour. I felt I was watching the same part over and over agian, it just felt like it was stuck in the same scene and didnt know what else to do but play that scene over and over again. I didnt like Al in this movie I felt he was over acting, Matthew was very good, as was Rene. Overall I give it a 6.5/10.
Rebound: Martin Lawarnce stars as a ex-basket ball coach who got fired for being to demanding and potentially unsafe as a coach, he then gets out of his job and needs to go somewere, he is offered a job at his old elementary school and takes it. I thought this movie was an OK movie. I felt at times it was forced. Some scenes were funny, and some were just dumb. Overall I give it a 6/10.
Next Week I will be reviewing, Flightplan.
