Review of Rebel Without a Cause (1955) by Simon D — 13 Mar 2015
My first James Dean film, I expected him to be cooler and bit more grown-up. This starts out quite well but really drifts off near the end. I don't know why it is on the lists of best film ever, it clearly isn't.
I suppose it may be James Dean's best film and that makes it enough to call it a classic for many. Another overhyped non-classic.
