Review of Rear Window (1954) by Foong M — 04 Mar 2012
This is a classic horror movie with excellent actors and actresses in the movie.
Alfred Hitchcock is a talented director, where he knew which angle to portray suspense, speed to portray excitement, and light to portray fear in actors. These combinations dragged the audiences to follow the pace of the movie while the director was trying to illustrate the flow of a story.
Of all, Grace Kelly dragged the most attention for being a smart, flexible girl loving James, in spite of being in a world of flamboyant, ostentatious world of fashion and fame and luxury and wealth. Her body movements and speech truly reflected her grace and true beauty as her role in the movie.
A must watch legendary movie!
