Review of Reaper (2014) by Kris K — 30 Apr 2016

Good, solid entertainment with a strong cast, "Reaper" is a film which doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is-- a campy, B-movie hotel horror romp. Trejo and cast elevate the material a notch or two and in the end the characters wind up being more interesting than the titular killer, who is actually the weakest part of the film.

Fortunately, the story's twists and turns keep things moving smoothly and in the end, "Reaper" is a good time at the movies.
