Review of Reality Bites (1994) by G H — 09 Mar 2010
OK fine, so this didn't age very well. I caught it on satellite recently and there were a lot of things to laugh at. Still, when I saw it in the theatre originally, I loved it. Back then, Winona Ryder was my favorite actress and Ethan Hawke was just morphing from adorable innocent into grungy, cranky hipster-actor.
Despite the dated material and glaringly-bad dialogue, I still dig this flick and look back on the early 90's pretty fondly.
