Way before Men in Black, we had this great 80's comedy with Jim Belushi and the great John Ritter. Just like in MIB, veteran agent Jim Belushi takes in average joe Ritter and by the end of the movie he has learned to be a confident, MIB-like CIA agent capable of dealing with Soviets, terrorists, aliens, and neighborhood nuisances like bike thieves and milk deliverymen.
