Review of Ready Player One (2018) by John G — 29 Apr 2018

Born in the 70's and raised in the 80's, this film really resonated with me. I am a huge movie fan and an avid old school gamer so most of the film and gaming references hit their mark.

Steven Spielberg really knows how to make beautiful looking films and Ready Player One is no exception. The visuals are so stunning, this will require multiple viewing when out on home release, there is so much going on that you see something new with a second view. It's great to see Spielberg making fun movies again. It's a nice change to his recent dramas and I hope he continues to make more like this. 9/10.
