Review of Ready Player One (2018) by Elijah L — 01 May 2018
Diverged from the book in all the wrong ways, and was too cliche to be a thoroughly enjoyable standalone film. All of the nuance and complexity explored in the novel was left out, though so was all of the most exciting/ actionate scenes which engaged me much better in the form of ink and paper.
