Review of Ready Player One (2018) by Drachmalius — 28 Mar 2018

I never read the book, but this movie was awesome! Anyone disappointed with the most recent Star Wars should give this a chance. The references aren't as in your face or distracting as the marketing makes it seem, the movie has an internal logic to it that will make sense once you see it.

Honestly, it was refreshing to see a modern Action-Adventure that is told with the classic format. There's a hero and a group of his friends trying to take down a clear-cut villain. Its a setup we've seen many times before, but with a new spin.

Great fun all around, I'm gonna go back and see it again this weekend! Don't listen to the haters or critics who are out of touch with reality, they're all probably working for IOI.
