Review of Ray (2004) by Alex F — 20 Feb 2012
There is no denying that Foxx is absolutely amazing in this film, and for this reason alone the film passes in my opinion. But the rest of the film languishes in an attempt to cram the events of Ray Charles' life into a two-and-a-half hour time frame.
The result being that I loose interest after about 100 minutes or so, and am forced to sit through a bunch of plot points that I don't really care about.
