Review of Ray (2003) by Benjamin M — 31 Mar 2010
This film is incredibly strong in every aspect of it. Jamie Foxx's performance as Ray Charles is perfect, and his Oscar was justly earned. The decision to have Ray haunted so vividly by his brother's death was genius, and the resolution of his guilt created such a touching feeling seldom felt during a movie.
