Review of Raw Deal (1986) by Andy B — 12 Sep 2009
Schwarzenegger never disappoints in this film that's basically what would Arnold do if he made The Departed. He plays an undercover man trying to get back into the good graces of the FBI by infiltrating the Chicago mob scene and tearing them down from the inside.
There aren't as many action scenes as there are in his other fiilms, but that doesn't stop this film from being awesome. It's full of Schwarzy bad ass moments such as a showdown with bulldozers at a gravel pit, shooting tons of people to the Rolling Stones, and saying classic lines such as "You shouldn't drink and bake.
" Check it out if you want to see Arnold doing something different and something formulaic at the same time.
