Not much action and this makes you more aware how poop the plot is. Arnie seems to be trying to be james bond in this which seems wrong. Arnie isnt meant to roam around playing in casinos, drinking champagne and chatting.
Hes not subtle, he should be swinging onto the top of escalators, hanging off buildings before being pulled up by horse, calling alligators luggage. Has its charming moments but pretty weak especially if you watch it after just watching the action masterpiece that is Commando.
