Like a bad case of food poisoning, the film lingers with you, it's haunting symbolism and disturbing visuals giving the viewer something to chew on for days. Femininity, maturity, violence, trauma, eroticism: The movie is overflowing with blood and pain, with what makes us warm and what keeps us moving and what leaves us cold.
