Review of Ratter (2015) by Hippie C — 14 Jul 2017
A very good new interpretation of the Found Footage subgenre - suspenseful without cliches and jumpscares, realistic without being under-acted and corny... it gets 1 penalty point from me. When horror uses the cliche of hurting a pet/animal just for threat/sad factor, I penalize.
.. it adds nothing to the story or scare, and just makes me want to stop watching.
