This movie works because it never winks. It never gives a self-congratulatory nod. It simply tells the tale, and lets the madness speak for itself. Basically, it's Rare Exports: The Beginning, giving the origin story for the hunters from the fantastic short films.
How did Rare Exports come to be? Come and see. Lots of fun, rip-roaring, goofy, creepy Christmas goodness.
