Similar in tone and structure to a classic 80's horror/fantasy, clever, funny, creepy and entertaining as hell. If Spielberg, Guillermo del Toro and (good) John Carpenter all decided to band together and make a creepy fun film for their kids to watch at Christmas, it'd be this.
