There is a fine line between being a tribute and a shameless pilferage of ideas. Rango is sadly the latter. Unoriginal and uninteresting and unfunny. I probably enjoy pointing out the movie references watching SCARY MOVIE, DATE MOVIE, MEET THE SPARTANS.
etc.
