Review of Rango (2011) by Guilherme N — 16 Aug 2014
Sure, Nickelodeon is presenting it, but why should that stop you? What Avatar the Last Airbender was to anime is what this is to Westerns: affectionate, strange, hilarious, and magnificent, and it may even work better for adults than kids in the long run. It's also Depp's best performance in years, which is both a credit to the film and a sign of Depp's hit-or-miss choices since Jack Sparrow.
Also, best cameo since Bill Murray in Zombieland. What is it you might ask? If you have to ask without seeing the movie, you'll never know. (edit, it's not actually The Man With No Name, but Josh Duhamel doing a spot on impression).
