Review of Rango (2011) by C H — 28 Mar 2013

Not a bad movie, basically your run-of-the-mill western starring animals. A lizard with no name must help the town get their water flowing again. Aside from the animation though I don't think this would be too appealing for small kids because the subject matter is a bit over their heads, I noticed the kids in the theater were getting a bit restless by the halfway mark.

Lots of stars as the voices, and even a nod to Clint Eastwood and his contribution to western movies. I found it to be entertaining and could have worked just as well as a live action western.
