Review of Random Hearts (1999) by Jennifer E — 10 Jun 2008

I watched this movie because I love Harrison Ford. Much to my surprise this move was terrible. The music just didn't seem to fit. The entire time there is two mysteries going on which becomes very vague as to whether they get solved.

Then there is the whole love story which seemed weird and out of place. Come on I don't think I'd jump into to bed with a guy I hardly knew, who keeps telling me my dead husband cheated on me, and for some reason is almost like stalking me.

Call me old fashioned, but that is stretching the believability factor too much. Also I didn't really care about the characters so the "spoilers" the two of them getting together in the end didn't make me jump up and down.

The acting was pretty much flat the whole time, or should I say boring. I got up three times during this movie to do something else. I could jump right back into it easy why? Because the story is just that BORING! Overall I wish I never saw this movie I want my 133 minutes back.
