I get the masterpiece thing and there was at least one really impressive sequence, but honestly, this film really isn't all that enjoyable. the makeup, blood, and effects are pretty terrible. and it's sooo long.
there were definitely good moments and I like the king lear connection, but this just isn't five stars to me.
