Kurasawa is a master when it comes to samurai stories , even if its a shakespeare's adaptation. beautiful photography with strong colours , epic battles with thousands of extras (like in kanghemusa),unbelievable costumes ! best scene is the last stand battle from hidetora's guard, slow motion in fighting but time advances with a quick movement of clouds, pure poetry !
