Kurosawa's version of Shakespeare's King Lear play is called RAN... and it is an epic-tragic Masterwork!! This is Genius filmmaking at its best! I am just excited, ormaybe I am just overreacting. For it's tragic/emotional themes, I know I am going to like it even more in the future; rigth now..
RAN has to be one of my favorite films of all time. It is an Oustanding Achievement in Kurosawa's filmography and one of his best Films. This is a Majestic film in every-single aspect. This is what you call a real TRAGEDY! Epic. RAN is a MASTERPIECE.
