Incredibly lazy writing, unfunny jokes and a dull look to the film, rampage proves that holywood still have no idea how to make a good video game adaption. The 3rd act is its only redeeming factor as it is basically the old arcade game.
The 1st and 2nd act is literal boredom with shit villians and The Rock just playing himself, and of course, is like a superhero and never dies or gets injured.
