Loved this movie. I don't think the, "top critics" are being fair on their ratings for this. This is why I always decide if a movie is worth seeing based off the average user review not the critics.
As a non top critic, I want to say I loved all the action, humor, and fun this movie brought. It is always great to see movies take place in down town Chicago..
